Measure in Love

Today, I was learning about square roots in Algebra. Then I thought, wouldn't it be a funny picture if there was a root...made of squares? So after less than 5 minutes on Paint, this was born. Teehee.

Yes, I know it's lame. But hey, it made ME happy. That's all that really matters...

Speaking of happy, I found my sketchbook! But I have nothing to draw in it with, since I lost my mechanical pencil. Why do my possesions do this to me?!? :(

  1. When you frist said 'square roots' I knew what that picture was about. It made me smile!

  2. You are obviously totally right-brained. No analytical side to that. :)
I love your artisiticity. (I just totally made that word up, but I think it's pretty good.)
I'm definitely a left-brained kid. When I hear the word "differentiate" or the word "intergration," my brain screams- in excitement- "CALCULUS!!!"
I have never thought about square roots in such a fashion, and I am glad I have right-brained friends to guide me through the realms of creativity.

  3. I'm so happy I could make you smile, Megan!
P.S. your small-novel is now in the mail. Seriously, it's like 40-pages long. AND there's a picture involved. It's ridiculous.

I love your word. And I can't believe you never thought of square roots like that. That's the FIRST thing I thought of, ever since I first heard of square roots.

I once took a test that said I was equally right- and left-brained. I never believed it.
